Todd Cantwell has praised his new manager, John Eustace, as he finds success at Blackburn Rovers following a tumultuous period at Rangers under Philippe Clement. Cantwell’s time at Ibrox ended after he was sidelined and ultimately submitted a transfer request, leading to his departure on the final day of the transfer window.

Clement, now under scrutiny after a poor season start, had a rocky relationship with Cantwell, which included being substituted after just 35 minutes during a Europa League match. As Clement’s future at Rangers is questioned following a loss to Kilmarnock, Cantwell is thriving at Blackburn, contributing to a recent win against Swansea.

In discussing Eustace, Cantwell noted their clear communication about his preferred positions and described Eustace as relatable and understanding. He aims to leverage his Championship experience to help his teammates succeed.
