The future of Everton manager Sean Dyche is doubtful.

The Friedkin Group is dissatisfied with Everton’s current state of affairs and may replace the manager if things worsen.

At the present, Everton sit above the relegation zone but just narrowly, so there’s an imminent need to earn up points.

Position, Team, Win, Draw, Lose, Against Difference Points 14

West Ham 11 3 3 5 13 19 6 12 15

Leicester 11, 2, 4, 5, 14, 21, -7, 10 16

Everton
11 2 4 5 10 17 -7 10 17

11 1 5 5 12 22 -10 8 18 Ipswich

The Crystal Palace
11 1 4 6 8 15 -7 7

While some Everton supporters want David Moyes to stay on until the conclusion of the season, others have asked for Thomas Frank to be appointed.

The Friedkin Group must act quickly to replace Dyche if Graham Potter, who has also been connected to Goodison Park, is to take over.

Ajax, Leicester and West Ham eyeing Graham Potter

Graham Potter is eager to be back into management after losing out on the Manchester United and England positions, according to Alan Nixon’s Patreon.

Ajax, Leicester City, and West Ham United are currently interested in Potter as he positions himself on the market.

He is reportedly eager to rejoin the Premier League, but only if he can have an impact on the remainder of their campaign.

As interest in the former Chelsea manager grows, Everton needs to move quickly to negotiate an appointment while he is still available.

Waiting and letting themselves fall farther down the league will make it much less likely that they will appoint him.

Potter would be perfect for Everton

There is obviously a need to rebuild because Everton has the second-oldest team in the Premier League, only surpassed by West Ham.

Nevertheless, Potter is the ideal person to oversee a project and has managed one of the most successful hiring practices the Premier League has seen recently (at Brighton).

Additionally, Everton supporters would find his style of football far more thrilling than Dyche’s, thus the Friedkin Group ought to make every effort to get him to Goodison Park.

Potter would fit right in.
