On April 7, the writer revealed on his official Patreon that Bell and Downing, a property-owning company based in Switzerland, owed millions to 777 Partners, but that they might forgo the money in exchange for the stadium.
It is believed that a deal would support the takeover attempt and satisfy one of the Premier League’s main conditions. Farhad Moshiri might possibly join the partnership.
