Aston Villa’s center half Despite missing an entire season due to injury, Tyrone Mings intends to be fully recovered in time for the preseason.

Tyrone Mings expressed his gratitude to his Aston Villa teammates for their accomplishments during the just-ended season while indicating that he plans to rejoin them at Bodymoor Heath later this summer. Villa finished in the top four and advanced to the Europa Conference League semifinals, but Mings missed the entire season due to a severe knee injury he sustained on the first day of play against Newcastle United.

As part of his rehabilitation procedure, which he unfortunately underwent while at Bournemouth, the center half has been to the United States. He just uploaded a video of himself doing running drills at Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training field as he continues to step up his game his recuperation.

Mings will be hard at work in the interim so that when they report for pre-season duty in July, he’ll be ready to hit the ground running with them. While his teammates will now take time off and relax after a season that tested their endurance levels, others will get ready to represent their countries at Euro 2024, which begins in Germany next month.

Speaking to the fans on social media, Mings praised the work and accomplishments of his colleagues, manager Unai Emery, and the team’s internal personnel. In addition, he shared an interview he had with Kortney Hause, another player who has regrettably missed a lot of football due to personal injury issues. The two have supported one another along with Emi Buendia and Boubacar Kamara.
