Prior to their Week 15 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Green Bay Packers listed receiver Christian Watson as doubtful, along with running backs Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon, receiver Dontayvion Wicks, cornerback Jaire Alexander, linebacker Quay Walker, safety Darnell Savage, and cornerback Eric Stokes.

What impact will the injury issue have on Sunday’s match?

In preparation for Week 15, here is a detailed analysis of the Packers’ last injury report.

CB Alexander Jaire: (shoulder): Is he making his comeback this week after missing the last five games? Who knows? According to Matt LaFleur, Alexander’s toughest challenges are tackling and maintaining confidence when dealing with an injury. If he were to return, the Packers would be thrilled to face Mike Evans.

Thumb of RB A.J. Dillon: With a padded thumb, he went back to his practice. Is he able to maintain enough grip on the football to play on Sunday? On Saturday, expect Kenyan Drake to be promoted from the practice squad.

Aaron Jones, RB (knee): Jones is certain he’ll play on Sunday despite missing three weeks. However, how many touches and snaps? In this game, the Packers sorely need his playmaking to return.

Savage, S. Darnell (shoulder): All that week, he didn’t practice. With the injury to his shoulder, can he still play at a physical enough level and tackle? If Savage is out, Rudy Ford and Jonathan Owens are likely to start.

CB Eric Stokes (hamstring): Three more complete practices indicate he’s likely ready, but the Packers are not required to activate him before Sunday. If Alexander cannot go, having Stokes would be beneficial. Look for a Saturday transaction.

LB Quay Walker (shoulder): The second-year linebacker participated in limited practice sessions on Thursday and Friday despite being uncertain and missing last week’s game. If Walker is unable to play, Isaiah McDuffie would start.

Arm wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks: Despite the injury, the rookie managed to practice on Thursday and Friday, raising the possibility of his participation on Sunday. However, his capacity for rapid movement can be limited.
