Pittsburgh Steelers keys to winning the game but their key player get an injury after the match …..
The Seattle Seahawks finally discovered their winning recipe in Week 15, when they defeated the Philadelphia Eagles to end a four-game losing streak. The Hawks are back in the playoff picture after following up that win with a vital win over the Tennessee Titans last week.
The Seahawks currently have the ability to direct their own fate and make the playoffs. They will almost certainly make the playoffs if they win their final two games of the season. With a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, another team vying for a postseason slot, Seattle’s chances of qualifying for the postseason rise to around 88%. However, a loss on Sunday might considerably impair their chances.
Week 17 injury report for the Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks have ruled out five players for their Week 17 home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Safety One of the players who has been ruled out of the game is Jamal Adams, who is still rehabilitating from a knee injury. Despite being limited in practice this week, the Hawks believe the 28-year-old veteran is still not entirely recovered and will miss his third consecutive game.
The Seahawks have also ruled out offensive tackle Jason Peters (foot), defensive end Mario Edwards Jr. (knee), linebacker Frank Clark Sr. (unrelated injury), and wide receiver Dee Eskridge (ribs).
Five additional players are listed as ‘questionable’ for Sunday’s game. Kenneth Walker III and DK Metcalf are two key offensive players for the club, but both are uncertain to play on Sunday. Walker injured his shoulder a few weeks ago but has yet to miss a game as a result. Metcalf was placed on the injured list on Thursday due to a back issue. He could be a game-time decision against the Steelers.
Cornerback Devon Witherspoon (hip), linebacker Jordyn Brooks (ankle), and linebacker Nick Bellore (knee) are all listed as questionable.
