Braves News: Mississippi Braves to relocate, A.J. Minter arbitration, and more

The Mississippi Braves, the Atlanta Braves’ Double-A affiliate, are set to relocate to Columbus, Georgia following the 2024 season. The M-Braves currently play in Pearl, Mississippi and are nearly six hours from the major league club. The move to Columbus will put the team just two hours away from the club

The 2024 season will mark the 20th year of the Mississippi Braves and will be the end of an era at Trustmark Park. The M-Braves have had some pretty notable guys suit up, including Chipper Jones, Freddie Freeman, Max Fried, Ronald Acuña. Jr., and more.
