Leicester City hopes to sign a first signing before the deadline for every Championship deal made thus far.

One of the few teams in the Championship that hasn’t made a signing this month is Leicester City.

the playersLeicester’s manager, Enzo Maresca, has stated that he understands “what we need,” but the team can only recruit someone if one of  leaves to create room in their allotted 25-man lineup. Maresca is itching for two new midfielders in the last days of the transfer window after Cesare Casadei’s unexpected return to Chelsea.

The Italian manager responded, “We still have four or five days, but we are not allowed to do anything in this moment,” when asked if City will add players. In order to get in, we must sell. Ultimately, it isn’t tough because we are content with the team. However, we are short due to injuries and internationals. However, we are not required to sell.”
