In a statement, Jerry Jones declared that he has “great confidence” in Mike McCarthy, the head coach who is starting his fifth season with the team. On Wednesday night, Cowboys employees received word that McCarthy would be returning to Dallas for his sixth season as head coach of the team. McCarthy signed a contract in 2020, and as of right now, 2024 will be the pact’s fifth and last year.
