Two days before to the start of the Champions League round of 16, there is the Super Bowl.

Before Super Bowl LVIII, there will be a celebration of both football leagues, with CBS Sports’ UEFA Champions League team joining their NFL counterparts in Las Vegas to ring in the big game.

Super Bowl Sunday is February 11; host Kate Abdo will be on site with analysts Thierry Henry and Micah Richards. Together, they will all provide commentary for CBS Sports’ pregame program, The NFL Today, which kicks off at 2 p.m. ET.

In addition, the three will present UCL Today: Football Meets Football, an hour-long show that will preview the Champions League round of 16. It will premiere on CBS Sports Golazo Network on Super Bowl Sunday at 1 p.m., two days prior to the start of the knockout stages inEurope. The CBS Sports app and Paramount+ will also provide the special on demand.

On Thursday, February 8, Abdo, Henry, and Richards will also be present for a meet and greet at Paramount Expedition Vegas at the Mirage. This event will also feature a showcase for the different entertainment series and films that Paramount Global produces. A soccer ball-kicking exhibition is part of a Champions League engagement.

At 6:30 p.m. on CBS, Super Bowl LVIII pits Christian McCaffrey and the San Francisco 49ers against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
