The Denver Broncos are not in a position to hold onto a player like Patrick Surtain II at this time. Denver should deal the star player during this summer. Surtain is the only player on the team with greater trade value than any other.
Surtain, who is in his third year of play, is without a doubt the best cornerback in football. He has earned two Pro Bowls and one All-Pro team in three seasons. With only one game missed, he has amassed 187 total tackles, 36 passes defended, one score, seven interceptions, and one touchdown.He will turn 24 in 2024, therefore he is still extremely young. If the Denver Broncos were prepared to contend for a Super Bowl, Surtain would be an incredible talent to have; however, that is precisely the issue.

First and foremost, Surtain will become the richest wide receiver in football if he receives a contract extension this winter. Are the Broncos really willing to pay Surtain with their limited cap space when the rest of the squad has serious problems?
