ALAND has been a proud sponsor of the Parramatta Eels since 2016, and they are about to reach the last year of their current agreement. The collaboration has grown to be among the NRL’s most recognizable over time. Under the deal, the front and back of the teams’ playing jerseys feature the development, construction, sales, and property management company’s emblem prominently, merging in with the team colors.

We are pleased to carry on our partnership with the formidable Eels. When the arrangement was extended in 2021, ALAND founder Andrew Hrsto stated, “Parramatta is my home town; it’s where my heart is, and our business, ALAND, is built around this special place – Sydney’s geographical heart.” We can’t imagine a greater collaboration, and The Eels share that same passion. We have concentrated our efforts here, having already built hundreds of houses in the area, and we have plans to build many more in the years to come.

The City of Paramata Council
The Parramatta City Council made a $2.4 million sponsorship offer to the Parramatta Eels back in December 2023. But last month, in response to criticism from ratepayers, the council decided to make a smaller investment in the club, now pledging just $1.15 million over three years.

The agreement includes money for the women’s division and the council logo to be used on NRLW uniforms.

The deal’s supporter, councillor Michelle Garrard, was taken aback by the outcry. “All possible options were presented to council members,” the spokesperson stated. “I ensured that council members received no corporate benefit.” I removed all of the box office tickets and similar items, concentrating instead on community engagement.

It’s a business collaboration. We’re not giving the Eels free cash to spend whatever they choose. Deliverables will be present.

The Parramatta Eels, a 2024 sponsor, have inked a multi-year deal with TAB, a leading name in horse racing and sports betting.

Under the agreement, TAB logo will be shown on LED signs on game days. In addition, it will offer a variety of exclusive events for Eels members and supporters in addition to securing hospitality naming rights. In addition, TAB will promote information about responsible gambling by appearing in brand-integrated content on all of the club’s digital platforms.
