Bruins forward David Pastrnak signs an $90million extension over eight years to stay in Boston through 2031
Bruins general manager Don Sweeney calmed the fears of Bruins fans by inking Pastrnak to an eight year, $90million deal that will keep the Czech forward playing on Causeway Street until 2031. It’s the sixth richest deal in NHL history.

Pastrnak’s contract comes with a no-movement clause for the first five years of the deal and a modified no-trade clause for the last three years, according to TSN hockey insider Darren Dreger.
