Agent visits to Old Trafford may reveal Man Utd’s first two INEOS signings.

Man Utd is setting the stage for the INEOS regime’s summer transfer window to be successful.
After two agents were observed visiting Old Trafford last week, it is possible that Manchester United is already setting the stage for the first two acquisitions of the INEOS era.

To recover from one of the worst seasons in the team’s recent history, the Red Devils need to have a successful summer transfer window.
Since assuming joint ownership of United in February, Sir Jim Ratcliffe has reiterated his commitment to improving the team’s dismal recruiting record.

As part of a reorganization of the hierarchy, he has made his intentions evident through a number of appointments; chief executive Richard Arnold and football director John Murtough are two of the people who have left.

Last month, Jason Wilcox resigned his position as director of football at Southampton to take on the role as technical director at United. On July 13, Omar Berrada will depart Manchester City to take a position as chief executive.
In order to succeed Murtough as sporting director at Old Trafford, Dan Ashworth has also left Newcastle United, though it’s possible that he won’t start working there until later this summer.

United may not be wasting any time as they will now have a new recruitment team in place and will recognize how important it is to get Ratcliffe’s rebuild off to a solid start.

According to reports, the M16 giants are prioritizing the signing of a new striker, central midfielder, and center back; any additional activity will presumably depend on player sales.
The agents of Tosin Adarabioyo of Fulham and Benjamin Sesko of RB Leipzig were present at Sunday’s United vs Arsenal match as they prepared for anticipated summer moves.

According to reports, United is trying to take advantage of Newcastle’s interest in Adarabioyo, who will be available for free on July 1.

The 26-year-old is a cheap alternative to out-of-contract players Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans, while shop window options also include Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire.

Before moving from RB Salzburg to United’s sister club in the Bundesliga last summer, Sesko was closely associated with the club.

It’s possible that his agent was present at Old Trafford on behalf of Arsenal, who are rumored to have shortlisted the 20-year-old as a possible striker acquisition.

But United is also looking to provide Rasmus Hojlund with some much-needed competition in the upcoming campaign. Due to Anthony Martial’s contract expiring, a void will need to be filled.

Sesko is rumored to be preparing Leipzig for life without him due to his £42 million release clause. With Chelsea also mentioned, the Premier League seems to be a possible destination.

It wouldn’t be shocking if the club got busy early this summer as part of INEOS’s attempts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of United’s transfer operations. Sesko and Adarabioyo would work well together.
