Everton will accept £50m Amadou Onana offer as Bayern Munich swoop – sources

This summer, Everton is expected to entertain offers over £50 million for outstanding player Amadou Onana, sources have told Football Insider.

To include the 22-year-old’s money in the 2023–24 accounts and avoid any further Financial Fair Play concerns, the Merseysiders may sell him before June 30.

Joao Palhinha of Fulham came dangerously close to joining Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023, but the Bavarian team is now eyeing a younger player.

Everton keen to bank Onana profit this summer

Football Insider has been informed by a reliable source that Everton is open to receiving offers above £50 million for the former Lille player.

The Goodison Park team is eager to turn a profit on the slightly over £33 million that they are said to have paid the French team in 2022.

The Belgium international has made 36 appearances across all competitions for Sean Dyche’s side this campaign – starting in 29 of those outings.

Just one of the previous five Premier League games has seen him start.
