In the upcoming weeks, a lot of movement at Arsenal is anticipated. While incomings will likely create the greatest buzz during the summer transfer window, the Gunners are anticipated to be busy as well. A number of players may also opt out.
clan Reuell Walters admits he’s leaving Arsenal, and Rice responds.
On Friday, there were two significant updates for Arsenal supporters.
When his contract expires this summer, Mohamed Elneny said that he will be ending his eight and a half-year tenure at the Emirates Stadium.
The Egyptian has played for Arsenal for the longest period of time; he signed with the team in January 2016, the same month that Arsene Wenger left.
Reuell Walters is another Arsenal player who has announced his departure, following Elneny.
Some even speculated that he would surpass William Saliba in skill.
But earlier in May, Football London disclosed that Walters is expected to depart the team this summer after turning down a contract offer from Arsenal.
The young man has now posted an Instagram confirmation of his departure.
“I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this unique chapter in my career. Playing for this club has been a pleasure, and I hope the future holds nothing but the best for you,” he wrote.
