Lazio SD Discusses the Future of the Crystal Palace Target: We Can’t Know

Angelo Fabiani, the sporting director of Lazio, has said that he has no idea if Daichi Kamada, a Crystal Palace target, will decide to continue with the team.Prior to Maurizio Sarri’s dismissal earlier this year, Kamada was a small part of the Lazio team, having signed a one-year contract there in the summer.

The midfielder, who was increasingly involved at the conclusion of the season, has until the end of this month to decide whether to sign a three-year deal with the Serie A powerhouses. The Japanese international is drawing a lot of interest from the Premier League, where Crystal Palace is eager to get him, but Lazio wants to hang onto him.

While Palace is willing to meet his pay demands, Fabiani maintained that Kamada’s team has given the club assurances that he intends to remain at the Stadio Olimpico. The Lazio sporting director did, however, acknowledge that he has no idea if the player may decide to change his mind during the course of the following week.

Fabiani stated to the Italian newspaper Il Messaggero (via lalaziosiamonoi): “He is not required to notify us ahead of time.

“His group has guaranteed that he will stay here for good, but we don’t know if he will ultimately decide to change his mind.

“We’re waiting.”

At Eintracht Frankfurt, Kamada played under Oliver Glasner, the current manager of Crystal Palace, and a reunion may be quite alluring.
