Martin Dubravka is preparing for a Euro 2024 campaign after making 23 Premier League appearances for Newcastle United last season
Before Slovakia’s opening match of Euro 2024 against Belgium, Martin Dubravka has stated he has no fear of them.
Four Newcastle United players, including the 35-year-old, are playing in the summer finals in Germany. When Dubravka joined the Magpies in 2018 after leaving Sparta Prague, he has been Slovakia’s unchallenged No. 1.
He competed for his country at the last European Championship and is hoping to advance out of a difficult group that includes Romania, Belgium, and Ukraine. With doubt about his Toon career, the goalie arrives at the event.
Following Joe Hart’s retirement, reports have indicated that Celtic are interested in acquiring Dubravka, who has one year remaining on his contract. In addition, Newcastle wants to replace Nick Pope, the opposition’s first-choice keeper, in goalkeeping.
James Trafford of Burnley has received attention when his team was demoted to the Championship. Dubravka would be in trouble if a shot-stopper arrived; Newcastle would probably let him go for a small cost.
