With their current level of confidence, West Ham can easily defeat one of the top teams in the Premier League, Newcastle.

West Ham supporters are ready for reinforcements this summer despite the team’s respectable ninth-place result. The Hammers finished the previous season with only two victories in their final 11 Premier League games.

There was a 5-0 loss to Chelsea and a 5-2 loss to Crystal Palace during that horrible run.

But now, West Ham is optimistic about defeating Newcastle to a player who will undoubtedly greatly bolster Julen Lopetegui’s defense.

In order to complement Kurt Zouma or Konstantinos Mavropanos and strengthen the extremely thin center-back position, a top defender is thus required. Speaking of Zouma, if a strong bid comes in this summer, it’s thought that West Ham would also be open to selling the France international.
