Pedro Porro was on the scoresheet as Tottenham Hotspur secured another win in pre-season on Saturday.

Son Heung-min and Mikey Moore scored the other goals as Tottenham defeated J-League team Vissel Kobe 3-2 in a five-goal thriller.
The players under Ange Postecoglou are having a blast this summer, scoring 11 goals in only three games, which comes as no surprise.

Players everywhere are putting up shows and making an impression. All of which will be helpful when they play newly promoted Leicester City away in their Premier League debut.

Archie Gray has been the subject of similar comments from Tottenham supporters, while other up-and-coming talents are also making an impression and vying for attention.

After the victory over Vissel Kobe, Mikey Moore completely astounded Lucas Bergvall, demonstrating how the youth are starting to dominate.

But don’t forget about the old pro, the man with the armband and the ever-popular Son, who turned 32 at the start of the month and is nearing a decade at the club. Not just with the fans in his homeland is Son the most popular and in Asia, or with those who repping him inside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but also with his teammates. All-action right-back Porro proved that when he told Son on Instagram that it is a ‘pleasure’ to play alongside the speedster.

Pedro Porro hails Son Heung-min

‘What a pleasure to play by your side,’ wrote Porro in the comments section of Son’s IG post, with the Korean star writing to his fans: ‘Some amazing experiences here in Japan, I always love to be here thank you for the hospitality everyone and to Vissel Kobe. 🇯🇵 😁 ‘Korea, we are coming home soon. I can’t wait to see you all and play in front of you!!’

Son Heung-min next season

Son wasn’t himself two seasons ago, scoring just ten Premier League goals, which is pretty low by his standards. However, he was back to his best later in the season, netting 17 goals and dishing out 10 assists, and what was even more amazing about that was that he did it without his partner in crime and current Bayern Munich star, Harry Kane.
