The midfielder is eager to gain more first team experience at Stadium MK this term Joe White wants to make an immediate impact for MK Dons by featuring against AFC Wimbledon this Saturday. The 21-year-old midfielder joined Dons on loan from Newcastle United on transfer deadline day, but is yet to feature for the club, having arrived with a small knock which kept him out of the games against Salford City and Walsall.
However, following a week of training with his new teammates, White is hoping to make an immediate impression on the club.
“It’s not a bad one to start with this weekend,” he stated. “I’ve had a little injury that has held me back initially, but I’m back fit and need to get up to match speed.”
I’ve been training with the guys for a few times now, I’ve gotten along well, and I’m excited for the weekend.

Even though White’s move on deadline day happened just as the clock struck eleven o’clock at night, it was actually somewhat uneventful for him.
He acknowledged that it was more hectic for Newcastle, the Dons, and his agency to finalize the transaction than it was for him, even though he was unable to go to Milton Keynes that evening.
“To be honest, I wasn’t as stressed out on deadline day as everyone else was!” he remarked.
