Newcastle United commercial supremo Peter Silverstone has promised a “best in class” club shop experience ahead of two important days on the calendar in 2024. With Newcastle wanting to excel in the world of PSR, United are preparing to establish a newly rebuilt club store at the Gallowgate End soon. A second club store will debut next month at the Metro Centre.
The new Metrocentre location will be the club’s second physical store to open in short succession, following the planned launch of a flagship store at St. James’ Park later in October. The club’s global ecommerce platform, shop.newcastleunited.com, was also launched successfully over the summer.
