Former NRLW player Aliti Namoce, who competed with the Parramatta Eels in the NSW Women’s Premiership in 2024, has admitted to supplying drugs in Sydney’s CBD. Namoce, currently unable to return from the Pacific Islands, was scheduled to appear in Downing Centre Local Court on Monday, facing charges of drug possession, drug supply, and handling proceeds of crime. Police investigations earlier this year uncovered cocaine and ketamine in her possession following a search of her car and phone. She had been granted conditional bail to participate in the Fijian women’s rugby league team but has since been barred from re-entering Australia. Namoce, a front-rower with a record of 32 games for the North Sydney Bears and previous stints with the Sydney Roosters and St George Illawarra Dragons, is expected back in court for sentencing in November after her current tournament ends.
