The centre-back posted several images of himself working out on Instagram on Monday, writing, “On the way.”
Van de Ven was unable to make the team for the draw against Fulham this weekend, despite having returned to Tottenham training last week.
Since joining Spurs, Postecoglou has praised Van de Ven, but his injury problems have undoubtedly been a major drawback to the Dutchman’s lightning-fast speed.
