New York, NY – Tragedy struck on the set of the latest Marvel blockbuster as Spider-Man himself, Peter Parker, suffered a knee injury during a stunt gone wrong.

According to eyewitnesses, Parker was filming a complex web-slinging sequence when he landed awkwardly, causing a loud pop in his knee. The actor was seen clutching his knee in agony as the film’s medical team rushed to his side.

“Pete’s a trooper, but you could tell he was in a lot of pain,” said a source close to the production. “The stunt team is always pushing the limits, but sometimes things don’t go according to plan.”

The injury is believed to be a torn ACL, which could keep Parker sidelined for several months. The film’s producers are currently scrambling to rework the shooting schedule to accommodate Parker’s recovery.

“Peter’s health and safety are our top priority,” said a spokesperson for Marvel Studios. “We’re doing everything we can to support him during this time and get him back to swinging from skyscrapers as soon as possible.”

Fans around the world are sending their well-wishes to Parker, hoping for a speedy recovery for their beloved web-slinger.
