South Sydney Rabbitohs’ mascot, Reggie the Rabbit, is under investigation after allegedly shoving a young Cronulla Sharks fan. The incident occurred after the Sharks’ 27-12 win over the Rabbitohs on Saturday. Reggie, played by 81-year-old Charlie Gallico, could face disciplinary action.

Meanwhile, Canberra Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has criticized the NRL’s refereeing, particularly a no-try call in their 40-12 loss to the Manly Sea Eagles. Stuart claimed the NRL had abandoned its no-tolerance approach to obstruction rulings.

In other news, the Penrith Panthers’ young halves, Jack Cole and Blaize Talagi or Brad Schneider, are expected to face a physical challenge from the Rabbitohs in their upcoming match.
