Netflix Confirms Release Date for Slough Town FC’s First-Ever Documentary
Slough, Berkshire – May 3, 2025 The wait is over. Netflix has officially announced that its brand-new sports documentary series, “Rebels: Heart of Slough”, following the inspiring journey of Slough Town FC, will premiere globally on Friday, September 12, 2025.
This marks the first time the club has ever featured in a major documentary and the buzz in and around Arbour Park is already electric. Netflix dropped a teaser earlier today, offering glimpses of home matchdays, emotional player interviews, and a powerful voiceover stating: “This isn’t just about football. This is about pride, people, and the badge.” The clip ends with a slow pan across a packed Arbour Park, with fans singing at full volume.
Club co-managers Scott Davies and Lee Togwell shared their excitement:
