Tyree Wilson is performing so good that he can’t even be added to the list!
The Athletic released a large, anonymous NFL player survey this week. I’m not sure why they determined that Week 4 was the appropriate time to carry it out, but that’s a topic for another blog post. The survey asks about everything from greatest playing surface to favorite road game. You won’t believe it when a Taylor Swift query appears. In true Raiders flair, the Raiders also made an appearance. One of the queries posed to the players concerned the NFL’s most obnoxious men, and whoa! There were two Raiders on the list, not just one. Furthermore, after placing second and third, the two Raiders players were at the top of the list. Thus, the Raiders are home to two of the NFL’s top three obnoxious players. Additionally, they are both defensive line players!
To be honest, there are a few reasons why this makes perfect sense. First off, Wilkins and Crosby are both very charismatic people. They have the capacity to continuously get under other players’ skin, which is part of the reason Raiders fans enjoy them so much. Both Crosby and Wilkins do a fantastic job walking this fine edge. Second, getting worked by both of them all the time must be really irritating. I can understand why that might seem like a dreadful way to spend a football game to get beat off the ball and have to hear about it all the time.
why this is how other NFL players feel. What the player who stated Wilkins was “a different type of s— talker” said is another thing that really intrigues me. I require specifics! Everybody needs specifics.
Apparently the most unpleasant football division is the AFC West! And not simply because Chiefs supporters act as though every game is a complete flop.
