sadly: Cininnati bengals head coach Zachary William Taylor is sack due to ……

Head Coach Zac Taylor of the Fire Bengals and his Coaching Staff…

Zac Taylor and his coaching staff must be fired in order to begin the process of changing the toxic culture that exists within the Cincinnati Bengals organization. Rewinding to last season, the offensive line was dreadful. The front administration did not spend enough money on elite free agents to safeguard Joe Burrow, their new franchise quarterback, despite making a few little adjustments to the offensive line in the winter and during the draft.

As we witnessed on Sunday, Joe Burrow’s career and the team’s future were jeopardized by the Bengals organization’s incompetence when he was substituted out of the game due to a left knee injury. Taylor’s termination isn’t just due to Joe Burrow’s injury… Zac Taylor is not able to win games.

.. He now has the lowest winning % of any NFL head coach in history after nearly two seasons!

The Bengals are by no means a good fit for Taylor’s offensive line coach Jim Turner or defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo. Carlos Dunlap, a veteran defensive end, was pushed to leave Cincinnati by Anarumo, who also forbids his players from holding each other accountable or having open dialogue. The Bengals players are at odds with one another because of the way they are treated in the locker room.

There isn’t much competition on the offensive line since Jim Turner is adamant about sticking with “his guys” and won’t budge. Over the course of 11 weeks, this has caused Joe Burrow to be struck 72 times, ending his fantastic rookie year early because of an MCL and ACL tear brought on by subpar offensive line performance.

With Burrow on the Injured Reserve, Ryan Finley is the Bengals’ quarterback. Finely has no business starting for the Bengals or even being on an NFL roster. He lacks the arm strength of an NFL quarterback. Finley makes poor decisions, therefore there’s no reason to think the Bengals can succeed under his leadership.

The Bengals have given Joe and the rest of the club a chance for a fresh start by firing Zac Taylor and his coaching staff. Until the coaching staff leaves, the locker room’s poison will not go away. 2. Winning seasons are unsatisfactory, and an offensive line that is meant to to safeguard your franchise The quarterback should be fired for that reason alone.
