The Esk asserts that Farhad Moshiri and Dan Friedkin can agree to end Sean Dyche’s Everton contract without facing any legal obstacles.

There are concerns about the Englishman’s capacity to lead after the team’s 4-0 loss against Manchester United on December 1.

As The Friedkin Group awaits the Premier League’s approval, the Toffees are now embroiled in a takeover drama.

Paul Quinn, also known as The Esk, posted on Blue Sky Social: “There is no legal obstacle to Moshiri & Dan Friedkin agreeing to terminate Dyche’s employment immediately, subject to meeting the terms of his employment contract.”

Sean Dyche needed to be sacked by Everton months ago

According to the Esk, the club will be able to let Dyche go before the conclusion of his contract for less than £3 million.

Even the Friedkin Group wouldn’t mind giving them this tiny sum in the grand scheme of things.

The Toffees face the very real possibility of relegation if things don’t get better, which would put the new owners in a terrible financial position.

Relegation will significantly lower the club’s value, because Championship revenues pale in comparison to those of the top flight.

There is no way that the Friedkin Group could be enjoying these shows and believe that Goodison Park is doing well.

Months ago, a change was required, yet Dyche has managed to hold onto his position despite a string of respectable outcomes.
